You should receive an email from us on the tracking number and a link to check your order delivery status.
Alternatively, you may wish to track your order delivery status with the tracking number that has been emailed to you.
All Products purchased from us will only be delivered to you within 5-7 working days. If you have not received your product after the scheduled day, please do not hesitate to contact us.
A flat rate of RM$30 will be charged for delivery below RM$240 spent.
Coterie Members: Flat rate of RM$14.90 will be charged for delivery below RM$240 spent.
Do you ship internationally?
No, we provide delivery locally in Malaysia only. If you are from Singapore and needs your purchase to be delivered to a Singapore address, please visit our Singapore webstore to make your purchase.
What happens if I’m not in when you deliver?
Most of our products are dispatched by our nominated carrier and will usually require a valid signature as proof of delivery (POD). In the event of absence, an absent slip will be inserted under your door giving details of the attempted delivery, providing contact details of the courier company. You may contact the courier company to reschedule another timeslot. Alternatively, you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will assist you to track your purchase.
How do I cancel my orders?
Please email us at email@example.com. JML reserves the right to refund you only on the price of any Goods based on your mode of payment, even after the relevant sales order is confirmed and payment has been received, in lieu of delivery or supply of such Goods within three (3) business days.
